Blow your nose gently before using DERINIDE AQ. Shake the bottle well and remove the cap. Prime the spray by pumping it in the air a few times until a fine mist appears. Repeat the process for the other nostril. After using, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap.
