Shake the bottle gently before use. Insert the nasal spray nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle in an upright position. While administering the spray, breath in gently through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Repeat the process for the other nostril. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap.
