Fluocinoloneacetonide is a steroid which works by blocking the production of
certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and
swelling) and allergies

Fluocinolone is a topical corticosteroid used to relieve symptoms of various skin
diseases such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. These symptoms may include
itching, dryness, redness, scaling, rashes, etc. 
Fluocinolone scalp oil is used to treat psoriasis of the scalp, and fluocinolone
shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp.

 Unusual tiredness or weakness
 Lightening of skin at the area of application
 Acne
 Stuffy and runny nose
 Accumulation of pus
 Dry skin
 Trouble swallowing
 Skin irritation
 Swelling

This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding and pregnant women
unless absolutely necessary.
This medicine may cause growth retardation in some children. 

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with a known history
of diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of altered blood glucose levels.
