Dexrabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

• Headache
• Nervousness
• Excessive gas in stomach
• Weakness

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary.

Use of this medicine has been associated with Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea in some cases.

This medicine may cause dizziness or drowsiness in some patients.
