MINILACTONE is a fixed-dose combination medication that contains Spironolactone and Furosemide. Spironolactone is a diuretic that helps to reduce fluid retention by increasing the excretion of water and salt from the body. Furosemide also acts as a diuretic and helps to remove excess fluid from the body. This combination is commonly used in the management of conditions such as congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and edema.
