Used in treatment of central cranial diabetes insipidus, water diabetes, bed wetting, nighttime urination, clotting disorders and dehydration.
Side Effects
Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weight gain, headache, irritability, restlessness, extreme tiredness, confusion, stomach pain, heartburn, weakness, dizziness, difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, chills, rash, hives and itching.
Precautions / Concerns
Avoid if patients are allergic to Desmopressin. Do not take if patients have low sodium in blood, heart problems, kidney disease, high blood pressure, harmonal problem.
