OMEN ACT is a fixed-dose combination medication that contains Olmesartan Medoxomil, Chlorthalidone, and Amlodipine. It is a prescription medicine used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure). Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, reducing blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water pill) that helps eliminate excess fluid and salt from the body. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels, improving blood flow. This combination helps control blood pressure levels effectively.
