Side Effects
Genitourinary changes, GI disturbances, skin rashes, chorea, metabolic disorder, and carbohydrate intolerance.
Precautions / Concerns
Avoid if patients are allergic to Estradiol. Do not take if a patient has cerebrovascular disorder, gall bladder disease, hypercalcemia. Do not take with carbamazepine, rifampin, aminoglutethamide. Consult with the doctor during pregnancy and lactation.
