TAMLET is a fixed-dose combination medication that contains Tolterodine Tartrate (2.00mg/Capsule) and Tamsulosin (0.40mg/Capsule). Tolterodine Tartrate is an antimuscarinic agent used to treat overactive bladder symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, helping relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This combination medication provides dual action by targeting both overactive bladder symptoms and BPH, thereby improving urinary flow and reducing bladder-related discomfort.
