TELKONOL CT 12.5mg | 40mg is a Fixed Dose Combination medication that contains Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels and Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that reduces the amount of water in the body by increasing urine output.
