ULTRASPAS is a fixed dose combination tablet that contains Tramadol (37.50mg/Tablet), Paracetamol (500.00mg/Tablet), and Dicyclomine (20.00mg/Tablet). It is commonly used for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with various conditions. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that works by blocking pain signals in the brain. Paracetamol is a pain reliever and fever reducer, while Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that helps in relieving abdominal pain and discomfort caused by muscle spasms.
