Conditions in case of Cancellation

The user will not be eligible for the 25% discount on medicines if the order is cancelled, returned or partially returned, and due to this, the actual order value falls below Rs. 1000. In that case, the standard discount of 15% will be applicable instead of the 25%.

Conditions in Event of Return

In the event that some of the medicines are returned from the same order and after adjusting the value of the returned medicines, the actual order value falls below Rs 1000, In that case, the standard discount of 15% will be applicable instead of the 25%. In case the medicines are returned from the same order the actual order value falls below Rs. 1000, In that case return will not be applicable.

Offer Outline

Subject to the following terms and conditions, "New Customers," who have not purchased any products or medicines from HealthPotli before, are eligible to receive a flat 25% discount of up to Rs. 750 (during the first 2 orders) on a pre-paid or COD order of medicines. The minimum order value is Rs 1000 (MRP). The offer is valid for the first two orders for new customers only.

How the Offers Work

Step 1: Place your first medicine order using any of the ordering methods via healthpotli mobile app, or through healthpotli.com. The offer is valid till 28th FEBRUARY 2025. The minimum order value is Rs 1000 (MRP). A single order can receive a maximum discount of Rs 750. Orders below Rs 1000 will get a standard 15% discount on medicines.

Step 2: The flat 25% discount on medicines offer is only available to new customers on their first two orders of more than Rs 1000 (MRP) up to Rs. 750 on medicines in a single order.

Other Terms and Conditions

This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding.
This offer will become null and void in the event that an order placed using the promotional coupon code is cancelled.
