Each tablet of ALMEFKEM SPAS contains Mefenamic Acid (250.00mg) and DICYCLOMINE (10.00mg). ALMEFKEM SPAS is a fixed dose combination medication used for the treatment of abdominal pain, cramps, and discomfort associated with menstrual periods. Mefenamic Acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation and pain.
