This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary.

This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. 

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from kidney and liver diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.

Melitracen may interact with many other medicines and may cause severe adverse effects.

Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, restlessness, etc. in some patients.

Abrupt discontinuation of this medicine may increase the risk of severe adverse effects; this risk is especially higher if you have been using a high dose of this medicine for a prolonged period of time

This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of suicidal tendencies.
