Timolol 0.20 %w/v + Brimonidine Tartrate 0.50 %w/v

BROMOSTAR T is a fixed-dose combination eye drop that contains Timolol (0.20%w/v) and Brimonidine Tartrate (0.50%w/v). Timolol belongs to the class of medications called beta-blockers and helps to lower intraocular pressure in the eye. Brimonidine Tartrate is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that also reduces intraocular pressure. This combination is used to treat glaucoma or ocular hypertension, conditions that can lead to optic nerve damage and vision loss. BROMOSTAR T helps to reduce the production of aqueous humor in the eye, thereby relieving pressure and protecting the optic nerve.

Follow the instructions provided by your doctor for using BROMOSTAR T. Wash your hands before using the eye drops. Tilt your head back and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pouch. Squeeze the prescribed number of drops into the pouch, then close your eyes and gently press your finger against the inner corner of your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. This helps to prevent the medication from draining out. Avoid touching the tip of the dropper to any surface to prevent contamination.
