Clobetasol is a highly potent steroid that helps reduce inflammation in the body.
USES
Clobetasol topical (for the skin) is used to treat inflammation and itching caused
by plaque psoriasis or skin conditions that respond to steroid medication.
The solution is used for scalp problems, the foam is used for mild to moderate
plaque psoriasis, the cream, lotion, and spray are used for moderate to severe
plaque psoriasis, and the foam and shampoo are used for moderate to severe scalp
psoriasis.
Clobetasol is used in the treatment of lichen planus which is an inflammation of the
skin characterized by purplish, itchy, flat-topped bumps.

Used in the treatment of skin disease such as psoriasis, rashes, and dermatitis, reducing itching, redness, and swelling.

Eye irritation, dermatitis, headache, hair loss, itching, burning, healing of the skin problems, pus filled blisters on the skin, skin irritation, and dry skin.

• This medicine should be applied as instructed by your doctor. Do not use beyond the prescribed date due to increase in the risk of infections. It should be applied to the affected areas as a thin film, two times daily, or as advised by your doctor.
• Do not use it more often or for longer than advised by your doctor.
• Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, If you think the area of skin you are treating has become infected you should stop using Clobetasol and consult your doctor.
• Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after four weeks of treatment. Do not use it for more than 4 consecutive weeks at a time.

• Itraconazole is an antifungal medication. 
• Itraconazole is used to treat a variety of fungal infections. It belongs to a class of drugs known as azole antifungals. It works by stopping the growth of fungi.

Itraconazole is used in adults to treat infections caused by fungus. This includes infections in any part of the body including the lungs, mouth or throat, toenails, or fingernails. Some brands of itraconazole are not for use in treating fungal infections of the fingernails or toenails.

• Itraconazole can commonly cause a mild rash that is usually not serious.
• Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, headache, stomach upset, or dizziness may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
• Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
• Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: numbness/tingling of arms/legs, hearing loss, mental/mood changes (such as depression).
• Itraconazole has rarely caused very serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. 
• A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

• Before taking itraconazole, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other azole antifungals (such as ketoconazole); or if you have any other allergies. 
• Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease (such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, heart valve disease), lung disease (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD), decreased or no stomach acid (achlorhydria).
• This drug may make you dizzy. Alcohol or marijuana (cannabis) can make you more dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Talk to your doctor if you are using marijuana (cannabis). Alcohol may also increase the risk of serious liver problems.
• Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).
• Older adults may be at greater risk for hearing loss while using this drug.
• During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. It may harm an unborn baby. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. 
• This medication should not be used to treat fungal nail infections if you are pregnant or could become pregnant during treatment. Women of childbearing age should start this medication 2 to 3 days after the start of their periods to make sure that they are not pregnant. Discuss the use of reliable forms of birth control while taking this medication and for 2 months after stopping treatment.
• Itraconazole passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

• Ornidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging their DNA.
• Ornidazole is an effective medicine to treat infections caused by protozoa and certain strains of anaerobic bacteria.

• Ornidazole is used in the treatment of bacterial infections and parasitic infections. It is used in infections of the brain, reproductive system, gastrointestinal tract, skin, vagina, and other areas of the body.
• It is also used to prevent possible infections during a surgical procedure.

• This medicine is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary and the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved.
• This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of the kidney/liver function. Use is not recommended if the impairment is severe.
• This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from epilepsy orother convulsion disorders.
• This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering frommultiple sclerosis.
• Use of this medicine has been associated with drowsiness in some patients.

• A synthetic fluoroquinolone (fluoroquinolones) antibacterial agent that inhibits the supercoiling activity of bacterial DNA gyrase, halting DNA replication.
• It is a drug used for bacterial and parasitic infection. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria.

• The tablet form of ofloxacin is prescribed for various bacterial infections, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, prostate infections caused by E. coli, skin infections, and some sexually transmitted diseases.
• It is used to treat gastrointestinal infections such as acute diarrhea or dysentery, gynecological infections, lung infections and urinary infections.

Tell your doctor if any of the following side effects of become severe or don't go
away:

•  Nausea, mild diarrhea, constipation, gas, or vomiting
•  Stomach pain or cramps
•  Loss of appetite
•  Change in ability to taste food
•  Headache
•  Dry mouth
•  Dizziness
•  Excessive tiredness
•  Pain, swelling, or itching of the vagina

•  Diarrhea can cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids to help rehydrate you. 
•  Consult your doctor if your diarrhea lasts for more than 48 hours.
•  It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.
