Biochanin
Biochanin Inhibits 5 a reductase by which prevents miniaturization of hair follicle, stimulate ECM (extracellular matrix) by which improves hair anchoring and reduces inflammation.
Uses
Biochanin is indicated for premature hair ageing that includes repairing of damaged hair and loss of hair colour.

Scalp irritation and itching
Precautions / Concerns
It is advisable not to use any other hair products (hair dye, color etc.) during the treatment periods.
Diacerein

Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator. Diacerein belongs to a class of medication call anthraquinones. It works by building cartilage (soft connective tissue around the joints) leading to joint repair. It also lowers pain and inflammation (swelling).



 

 

Uses

This medication is an anti-inflammatory agent, prescribed for osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory arthritis. Mainly used for knee and hip joints.

Side Effects
  • Diarrhea,
  •  stomach pain,
  •  nausea,
  •  vomiting
  •  intense yellow coloring of urine.
Precautions / Concerns
  •  Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver, kidney disease, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  •  Monitor complete blood count, liver function, and urinalysis regularly while taking this medication.
  •  Do not take Diacerein if you are suffering from diarrhea or are above 60 years of age.
