This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary.

Safety and efficacy of this medicine have not been clinically established in children under the age of 12 years.

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment due to the increased risk of severe side effects.

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with mild to moderate liver impairment due to the increased risk of severe side effects.

Use of this medicine may cause moderate to severe sedation.
