Blow your nose gently before using FLOMIST F. Shake the container well before each use. Insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and tilt your head slightly forward. Press down on the pump to release the spray while breathing in gently through your nose. Repeat in the other nostril. After each use, wipe the tip of the nasal applicator with a clean tissue.
