GATILOX DM is a fixed dose combination eye drop that contains Gatifloxacin and Dexamethasone. Gatifloxacin is an antibiotic that helps treat and prevent eye infections caused by bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and relieves symptoms such as redness, swelling, and itching of the eyes. This combination works synergistically to provide relief from eye infections and associated inflammation. this is commonly prescribed for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and post-operative ocular inflammation.
