HATRIC 3 is a fixed dose combination medication that contains Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Caffeine. It is commonly used for the relief of symptoms associated with common cold, sinusitis, allergies, and flu. Phenylephrine provides nasal decongestion, Paracetamol offers pain relief and reduces fever, Diphenhydramine and Chlorpheniramine help relieve sneezing, itching, and watery eyes, while Caffeine acts as a stimulant.
