JANUMET CP XR 1000mg is a fixed dose combination medication containing Sitagliptin Phosphate (100.00mg/Tablet) and Metformin Hydrochloride (1000.00mg/Tablet). Sitagliptin Phosphate is an oral antihyperglycemic agent that helps regulate blood sugar levels by inhibiting the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4).
