Naltrexone 8.00 mg + Bupropion 90.00 mg

Used during counselling & social support to treat alcohol and opioid addiction.

Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, tearfulness, drowsiness, muscle & joint pain, rash, nervousness, anxiety, dizziness.

Avoid if patients are allergic to Naltrexone. Consult with the doctor during pregnancy & lactation. patients with liver disorder, kidney disease should not take Naltrexone. Do not take with methadone.

Bupropion works in depression by increasing the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that helps in regulating mood. The mechanism underlying its use in smoking addiction are not fully understood.

Used in depression and as smoking cessation aid.

Insomnia, skin rashes, itching or hives, anxiety, hyperventilation, dry mouth, and breathing problems.

Avoid if patients are allergic to Bupropion. Consult with the doctor in case of pregnancy, lactation or patients who have had a history of anorexia, heart attack,brain tumor or spine, diabetes, liver or kidney disease and high blood pressure.
