Product Description
SITACLASS M 100/1000 is a fixed dose combination medication containing Sitagliptin Phosphate (100.00mg/Tablet) and Metformin Hydrochloride (1000.00mg/Tablet). Sitagliptin Phosphate is an oral antihyperglycemic agent that helps regulate blood sugar levels by inhibiting the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4). Metformin Hydrochloride is a biguanide that works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, reducing intestinal glucose absorption, and increasing insulin sensitivity. This combination helps to control blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
