SPIRODIN AX is a fixed dose combination medication that contains Doxofylline and Ambroxol Hydrochloride. Doxofylline is a bronchodilator that helps to relax the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. Ambroxol Hydrochloride is an expectorant that helps to thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough up. This combination is used for the management of respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It helps to reduce bronchial constriction, improve airflow, and relieve cough and mucus production.
