This medicine is generally used in a combination with other medicines and supplements to increase their bioavailability.

This medicine is used along with other medicines for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, which is a lung infection caused by the bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Uses

Piperine is a naturally occurring alkaloid extracted from black pepper.

  • Itching,
  • Dry skin,
  • Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation)
Precautions / Concerns

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless necessary.

This medicine may interact with many other medicines including herbs and supplements.

Used to treat Insomnia, Alzheimer's disease, sleeplessness, migraine, and depression.
Side Effects
Stomach problem, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, irritability, allergic reactions; swelling of face, itching, rashes, rapid heartbeat, and depression,
Precautions / Concerns
Avoid if patient are allergic to Melatonin. Do not take if a patient have seizure disorder, BP problems, epilepsy, diabetes, hemophilia. Consult with the doctor in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
L-methyl folate

Uses
Used in the treatment of rickets, low parathyroid hormone level, low phosphate level, osteomalacia, renal osteodystrophy, vit.D deficiency.
Side Effects
Polyuria, polydipsia, mild acidosis, anorexia, vague aches, weight loss, stiffness, mental retardation.
Precautions / Concerns
Avoid if patients are allergic to Vitamin D2. Pregnant & breastfeeding women consult with your doctor before taking it.
