TELPLUS TRIO is a fixed dose combination medication containing Telmisartan 40mg, Cilnidipine 10mg, and Chlorthalidone 12.5mg in each tablet. This combination is used to treat hypertension by lowering blood pressure through different mechanisms of action.  Together, they help regulate blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
