• Tobramycin is not recommended for use in patients with existing neuromuscular diseases like Parkinsonism or Myasthenia gravis since it may worsen the condition of the patient.
• Tobramycin may increase the risk of kidney injury, especially when high doses are used for a prolonged period of time.
