Shake the bottle gently before each use. Clear your nasal passages by blowing your nose. Remove the cap and prime the spray by pumping it several times until a fine mist is produced. Insert the tip into one nostril while closing the other nostril, then gently squeeze the spray bottle while inhaling through your nose. Repeat in the other nostril.
